At Decoryum, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Each product is carefully designed and packaged to meet your expectations. However, in rare cases, you may need to request a return or report an issue. This policy explains how our return and refund process works.

1. Personalized Products

All personalized products at Decoryum are custom-made according to our customers’ specific requests.
For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order items.
We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming all customization details before placing your order.

2. Defective or Faulty Items

If you believe the item you received is defective or contains a manufacturing fault, please follow the steps below:

  • Notification Period:
    You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an email to hello@decoryum.com

  • Return Conditions:
    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.

  • Inspection Process:
    Once we receive your return request, the product will be inspected by our quality team. If the item is confirmed to be defective, your refund will be approved and processed as soon as possible.

3. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your order is damaged during shipping, a damage report must be filed with the delivery company upon receipt. This step is required to initiate a return or refund process.

  • Check Upon Delivery:
    Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage, open the package in the presence of the courier and check the product.

  • Damage Report:
    If the product is damaged or broken, request a written damage report from the courier company. This report is mandatory for us to process your claim.

  • Notification:
    Send the damage report and photos of the damaged product to hello@decoryum.com Once reviewed and approved, we will proceed with your refund or replacement.

4. Exchange Policy

Decoryum does not offer product exchanges.
As all our items are produced to order with special care, we cannot replace them for different products or variations.
However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and our support team will gladly assist you.

5. Refund Process & Shipping Costs

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
