. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship from the United Kingdom to customers worldwide.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Decoryum is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any fees incurred during importation.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Decoryum is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim and email us at hello@decoryum.com with photos of the packaging and product.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@decoryum.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Refunds for returned items will exclude the original shipping cost.
